Good while it worked

I have a lifetime premium account with Sticky Password. It ran fine until a week or so ago when it stopped loading the database on startup. There are no accounts listed, and I am unable to add an account. The "Add" button is dead when a new password pops up. I can only use the program by "Open Application" and "Restore" to get back all the Web and Identity Accounts.

I also cannot save to a *.spdb encrypted file. The program runs through the process but when it gets to the end, "File Save Error" comes up no matter the name, password, or drive I attempt to save it. Html & txt files save OK but then you can't import those back into Sticky.

Support just runs me through the existing menus to sync with the cloud (which also doesn't work...显示更多

I have Sticky Password life license and still I use Bitwarden.
Sticky Password is not yet fully developed.
So lagging and buggy. UI is so outdated.

Bare minimum aspects to this Password Manager

I purchased 2 lifetime stickypassword licenses approx. 5+ years ago. Starting with no password manager and then using stickypass, I thought it was good. BUT, after time went by, and reading into other password managers, I found that stickypass is a real bare bones software. I wish they had a "note" area on the specific password edit pages, to add specific needed info for that site (old passwords used, special info for site signin etc.). It has none, and you would have you use the secure note area, which wastes times, if you have to do several clicks to get to it and then several clicks back to your initial area. I found it also sometimes makes "TWO" entries for a specific website/password, which if you do not catch it, it conflicts when it ...显示更多

lousy tech support

Great password manager. BUT NO TECH SUPPORT! Its been 2 weeks and still no support. Its great if you don't need support. Have been using for years no issue. I am premium user and says 24 hrs for support. Not true. I would check to make sure there is tech support with any password filler before purchasing.

Sudden Password Failure

Terrible interface, buggy, terrible customer service

StickyPassword is awful. Stay away from it.

I've sent 10 support inquiries to StickyPassword over the past month and haven't heard anything back. Here's a list of my issues with the software:

Sticky Password iOS / Sticky Password crashes almost all iphone apps; lack of linked app/web accounts compounds the issue

Terrible customer service, receiving no response; it's been over a month

Requested a refund and received no response

Sticky Password iOS / Sync error - Keep getting sync error when creating a login on iphone

Sticky Password iOS / Sync Takes WAY Too Long - By the time it syncs and allows me to tap anything, I forget why I opened the app in the first place

Are you sure you're using the right platform to request support? PS. You need to use the email address you used for your Sticky account.
Sticky support has always responded within 1 to 6 hours with me. Even if it's just general queries.

Poor customer support

I am a paying premium lifetime member. Had a crash after installing an update. Have been waiting for 1 month to receive a response to the 4 customer contact tickets I have sent. They send an automatic msg that the complaint has been received but no help is coming.
